How To Use: Recover Hydrogen Bath Tablets.
H2Tab offers two ways to experience molecular hydrogen: Drinking Tablets and Recover Bath Tablets. While Drinking Tablets support your body from the inside out, Recover Bath Tablets work from the outside in—turning your bath into a restorative ritual designed to support skin health, circulation, and muscle recovery.
When the magnesium-based tablets come into contact with water, they react to produce pure molecular hydrogen, creating a hydrogen-rich soak that supports your body as you unwind.
Here’s how to get the most out of every bath.
Quick Guide: Your Hydrogen-Rich Bath.
- [ Step 01 ]
Fill your tub or basin with water. Use a standard bathtub for a full-body soak, or a smaller basin for more targeted recovery. - [ Step 02 ]
Add in your tablet(s). Use one H2Tab Bath Tablet per five gallons of water — approximately 15-20 tablets for a standard bathtub. - [ Step 03 ]
Wait for the tablet(s) to fully dissolve before submerging. As they dissolve, they'll infuse your water with molecular hydrogen. - [ Step 04 ]
Soak for 15-20 minutes for optimal results. A whole-body reset, from the outside in. - Temperature Note:
Warm water works best. Extra-hot water causes hydrogen to escape into the air more quickly, reducing the amount available in the bath. Cold water works too–just allow a little extra time for the tablets to fully dissolve before getting in.
A New Way To Recover.
H2Tab Bath Tablets deliver molecular hydrogen through your largest organ: your skin.
As the tablets dissolve, they release billions of nanobubbles of pure molecular hydrogen (H₂) directly into your bath, transforming ordinary water into a hydrogen-rich soak.
Because molecular hydrogen is so incredibly small, it can easily diffuse throughout the body and deep into cells. When absorbed through the skin, it works at the cellular level to help support blood flow, ease physical tension, and aid in whole-body repair.
Whether you're soothing tired muscles, calming irritated skin, or simply unwinding after a long day, hydrogen baths can support the way your body looks, feels, and performs.
How it Works.
Our method for producing molecular hydrogen relies on one key ingredient: elemental magnesium. When our magnesium-based tablets are added to water (H₂O), they react to produce pure hydrogen gas (H₂). This reaction, known as magnesium-based hydrogen production, is clean, simple, and highly effective, consistently generating potent molecular hydrogen with each tablet.
Just add to water and let it fully dissolve. No machines, filters, or complicated setup—so you can enjoy science-backed recovery wherever you are.
Benefits Beyond the Surface.
From the moment you submerge into a H2Tab-infused bath, billions of hydrogen molecules begin passing through your skin barrier, neutralizing harmful free radicals that trigger redness, irritation, and premature aging. As you soak, hydrogen continues to diffuse into surrounding tissues, muscles, and joints, helping support recovery, circulation, skin health, and your body's natural antioxidant defenses.*
- Muscle Recovery. Eases soreness, stiffness, and post-exercise discomfort — helping you bounce back quicker. 1-2
- Skin Health. Hydrates, nourishes, and calms irritation for smoother skin, fewer fine lines, and a brighter complexion — while accelerating skin repair at the cellular level. 3-5
- Relaxation. Calms the nervous system, eases physical tension, and supports a deeper sense of calm.*
- Circulation. Supports healthy blood flow, oxygen delivery, and microcirculation throughout the body. 6-7
- Oxidative Balance. Works at the cellular level to neutralize harmful free radicals, reducing the internal stressors linked to visible aging, inflammatory response, and fatigue. 8-10
Tips for Optimal Use.
→ Adding other bath products: Once the tablets have fully dissolved, feel free to add oils, salts, or other bath products.
→ Don't sit on a dissolving tablet. The tablets generate heat during the reaction, so avoid direct skin contact until they're fully dissolved.
→ For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, and stop using if irritation occurs.
Make hydrogen bathing part of your regular routine, and turn an everyday soak into a restorative ritual that supports your body from the outside in.
