We recommend beginning your molecular hydrogen regimen with 1 tablet daily, gradually increasing to 2-3 tablets per day.
Drop 1 tablet into 12–16 oz of room temperature water and allow it to fully dissolve (this typically takes 90–120 seconds). For best results, drink immediately to maximize hydrogen concentration—ideally within a few minutes and no later than 20 minutes after dissolving.

Our hydrogen drinking tablets are formulated with high-quality elemental magnesium—the key to generating pure molecular hydrogen. When dissolved in water, the tablet creates a clean reaction that releases ultra-pure hydrogen gas with no unwanted byproducts.
To optimize this process, we use a carefully selected blend of natural acids: malic acid (from apples), tartaric acid (from grapes), and adipic acid (from sugar beets), which help break down the magnesium and activate hydrogen production. Our drinking tablets are formulated to produce hydrogen-rich water rather than function as a magnesium supplement. Each tablet contains 80 mg of elemental magnesium, which acts as a reactant to generate molecular hydrogen. Following the reaction, magnesium ions (Mg2+) remain in the water in a highly bioavailable form, which can contribute to the total daily magnesium intake.
