SHIPPING METHODS

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S. :

Standard: 3-5 business days via UPS/USPS.

Priority: 2-3 business days via UPS/USPS

2-day: 2 business days via UPS/ USPS

Overnight: 1 Business day via UPS/USPS

*Order by 12 noon EST to assure processing occurs same day.

*Please note we do not fulfill or ship orders over the weekend.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within all 50 states, but we're actively working on expanding our reach to customers around the world. Stay tuned!

REDIRECT OR EXPEDITE

You will have to contact the currier to do this. We can only redirect if you contact us before your order is shipped out.

Orders

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. If you do not receive, please contact support.

CANCEL MY ORDER

Cancel your order through your account or contact info@drinkh2tab to assist in canceling your order before it is processed. After your order is processed your order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

PROCESSING TIME

We try our best to pack and ship every order placed within 24 hours of receiving. Ordering past 1-2PM EST may result in your order going out the following day.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Please note, H2TAB is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate

Returns

RETURN WINDOW DURATION

30 calendar days.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

If your shipment is damaged or defective we will require a photo before we can fulfill a replacement order.

RETURN COSTS

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you decide you no longer want the product.
