We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.:

*Please note we do not fulfill or ship orders over the weekend.

REDIRECT OR EXPEDITE

You will have to contact the courier to do this to redirect or expedite your shipment. We can only redirect if you contact us before your order is shipped out.

Orders

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. If you do not receive, please contact support at info@drinkh2tab.com

CANCEL MY ORDER

To cancel your order, please contact info@drinkh2tab.com as soon as possible.

Orders are processed quickly, typically within 24 hours.

Please note: even if your order has not shipped yet, it may still be ineligible for cancellation. Once an order is processed—meaning it has been packaged and is ready to ship—it can no longer be canceled.

PROCESSING TIME

We try our best to pack and ship every order placed within 24 hours of receiving. Ordering past 1-2PM EST may result in your order going out the following day.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Please note, H2TAB is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

Returns + Refunds

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return + refund:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in new, resalable condition.
  • All items must be returned with their original packaging intact.
INITIATE A RETURN + REFUND

To initiate a return, you must first obtain approval by contacting our customer service at info@drinkh2tab.com. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
  • H2Tab is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return shipment process. To ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend insuring the package for the full value of the items.
INSPECTION UPON ARRIVAL

Upon receipt, please thoroughly inspect your package. Any concerns regarding your shipment, including discrepancies or damages, must be reported within 10 days of the delivery date. Contact us promptly at info@drinkh2tab.com to initiate a return.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT

While we take every measure to ensure accuracy, occasionally discrepancies may occur. If your order is incorrect or items are missing or damaged, please notify us immediately at info@drinkh2tab.com so we can rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds are only issued for products that meet the return eligibility criteria and have been authorized through our return process. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our subscription cancellation policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this policy at our discretion.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

H2Tab offers subscription plans for customers who wish to receive our products on a recurring basis. If you wish to cancel an existing subscription, please observe the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid charges for your next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 3 business days before your scheduled order date.
  • Cancellation Methods: You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account on our website and selecting the “cancel my subscription” option. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team to request cancellation.
  • Automatic Renewals: If you do not cancel your subscription by the cancellation deadline, it will automatically renew for the next shipment cycle, and regular billing charges will apply.

If you do not pause, skip, or cancel your subscription by the cancellation deadline, it will automatically renew for the next shipment cycle, and regular billing charges will apply.
