SHIPPING METHODS

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $125 in the U.S.

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days via UPS/USPS/DHL.

*Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends.

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

We know mistakes can happen when entering an address, which is why we offer a 15-minute window after checkout to make edits directly through your order confirmation page or customer portal.

After 15 minutes, your order is automatically sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be modified. If your order has already shipped, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to request a change or reroute.

PLEASE NOTE: H2Tab is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements in these cases.

REDIRECT OR EXPEDITE

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to manually expedite shipping or reroute the package.

However, if your order has already shipped, you may be able to redirect it to a new location or pickup point using your carrier’s delivery management tools:

Please note that modifying your delivery through the carrier may delay the shipment and could incur additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. If you do not receive, please contact support at orders@drinkh2tab.com

PROCESSING TIME

We try our best to pack and ship every order placed within 24 hours of receiving. Ordering past 1-2PM EST may result in your order going out the following day.

MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER

H2Tab orders begin processing almost immediately after they're placed and typically cannot be modified or canceled.

We know mistakes can happen when ordering, so we offer a 15-minute window for customers to make edits directly through the order confirmation page or customer portal. After that, the order is automatically sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Once your order has shipped, if you need to update or correct any address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Please note that modifying your address or delivery method may delay processing and could result in additional fees, which the customer is responsible for.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to the address provided by the customer. Customers are reminded to double check their address before submitting your order and given a 15-minute window to make changes to their order, after check out. 

LOST + STOLEN PACKAGES

We know how frustrating it can be when a package doesn’t arrive as expected. If your package seems to be lost or missing, here’s what to do:

Marked as Delivered, But Not Received

Sometimes carriers mark packages as “Delivered” prematurely, and the package may still arrive within the next 3 business days.

  • Please check all areas around your delivery address (mailroom, side doors, porches, neighbors, etc.). 
  • Wait the three business days as carriers may mark packages as delivered before actual drop-off. 
  • After 3 business days, if your package has still not arrived, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. For assistance, contact us at orders@drinkh2tab.com

Please note: H2Tab is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe the package was mis-delivered or stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). We are unable to offer refunds for packages with confirmed delivery. 

No Tracking Updates or Stuck in Transit

If your tracking link hasn't been updated or shows no movement, please allow a buffer of 5+ business days. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or rerouting.

If there is still no movement after this window, please contact us at orders@drinkh2tab.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Returns + Refunds

OUR POLICY

At H2Tab, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure safety, transparency, and fairness for all customers.

To initiate a return and/or refund please email orders@drinkh2tab.com.

Some important things to note:

  • A return or refund can only be processed if you meet our refund and return eligibility.
  • Your return or refund must be approved by our customer service team (you can reach them at orders@drinkh2tab.com).
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping and shipping insurance costs (unless it was a mistake on our end).
  • H2Tab is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return shipment process.
  • Refunds are issued for the cost of the product only. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs are paid directly to our shipping providers and cannot be recovered.

H2Tab reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Please review before placing an order.

REFUND + RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return + refund:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Only products purchased directly from www.drinkh2tab.com are eligible for return or refund.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Opened or used H2Tab Tablets (due to health and safety regulations).
  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but claimed as not received (unless accompanied by valid documentation and investigation).

Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN + REFUND

To initiate a return, please email orders@drinkh2tab.com with your order number and reason for return. You must first obtain approval before you return an item.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT

If your H2Tab order arrives damaged, incorrect, or items are missing:

  • Please contact us at orders@drinkh2tab.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll issue a replacement, refund, or store credit—based on the situation.
PROCESSED RETURNS + REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation on the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds are only issued for products that meet the return eligibility criteria and have been authorized through our return process. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

PAYMENT, DISCOUNTS, + SHIPPING

We offer 10% off every subscription order with free shipping over $125.

If you need to change your address or payment method for your next order, you can do so in your subscription portal. Head to the ‘Subscriptions’ section in your customer account and make changes whenever you need.

*Please note, any changes you wish to make must be made before your next billing cycle.

In the event you have an additional discount code, you can add this to upcoming orders in your subscription portal.

AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

If you do not pause, skip, or cancel your subscription by the cancellation deadline, it will automatically renew for the next shipment cycle, and regular billing charges will apply.

You will receive an email 24 hours reminding you before the next payment.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

H2Tab offers subscription plans for customers who wish to receive our products on a recurring basis. If you wish to cancel an existing subscription, please observe the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid charges for your next shipment, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation Methods: You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account on our website and selecting the “cancel my subscription” option. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team to request cancellation (subscriptions@drinkh2tab.com).
  • Automatic Renewals: If you do not cancel your subscription by the cancellation deadline, it will automatically renew for the next shipment cycle, and regular billing charges will apply.
