Molecular Hydrogen Bath Tablets
Step 1: Fill your tub or basin with water. For full-body soaks, use a standard bathtub. For targeted recovery, a smaller basin works great.
Step 2: Add 1 bath tablet for every 5 gallons of water (about 15-20 tablets for a standard tub).
Step 3: Let the tablet(s) fully dissolve before submerging.
Step 4: Soak for 15-20 minutes for optimal benefits.
For best results, we recommend using warm water. Cold water will still generate hydrogen; the tablet(s) may just take a bit longer to dissolve fully. We don’t recommend extremely hot water, as it can cause the hydrogen to dissipate more quickly, reducing its effectiveness.

Molecular Hydrogen Drinking Tablets
Drop 1 tablet into 12–16 oz of room temperature water and allow it to fully dissolve (this typically takes 90–120 seconds). For best results, drink immediately to maximize hydrogen concentration—ideally within a few minutes and no later than 20 minutes after dissolving.
We recommend starting with 1 tablet per day. You can increase to 2–3 tablets daily as needed. For best results, take daily.
