How To Use: Molecular Hydrogen Drinking Tablets.
H2Tab offers two ways to experience molecular hydrogen: Drinking Tablets, taken orally in water, and Bath Tablets, absorbed through the skin during a soak. Fill a glass with 12–16 oz. of water. We recommend using room-temperature, still water. Drinking Tablets can also be added to other non-carbonated drinks. - [ Step 02 ]
Add the tablet(s). Drop the Drinking Tablet(s) into your glass of water. - [ Step 03 ]
Let the tablet(s) fully dissolve. Wait approximately 90–120 seconds. As the tablet(s) dissolve, they infuse your water with pure molecular hydrogen. - A closer look at what's happening in your glass:
As the tablet(s) dissolve, a white cloud forms—a clear sign the hydrogen reaction is underway. This cloudiness is caused by billions of tiny bubbles filled with molecular hydrogen. The cloudier your glass gets, the closer the hydrogen is to reaching peak concentration. - [ Step 04 ]
Drink immediately. Molecular hydrogen is so small and light that it quickly escapes from water after dissolving. For this reason, it's best to drink your hydrogen-rich water as soon as possible—ideally within 20 minutes. - Temperature Notes:
→ Room-temperature water: Provides the best conditions for the tablet to dissolve while maintaining hydrogen concentration.
→ Hot water: Can cause hydrogen to escape faster, reducing the concentration available to drink.
→ Cold water: Can slow the tablet(s)' dissolving time.
If you prefer your drink chilled, simply add ice after the tablet(s) have fully dissolved.
