To optimize this process, we use a carefully selected blend of natural acids—malic acid (found in apples), tartaric acid (found in grapes), and adipic acid (found in sugar beets)—which help break down the magnesium and activate hydrogen production. We also include a small amount of non-GMO dextrose, serving as a binder to hold the ingredients together.
