H2Tab “A Year of H2Tab” Giveaway — Official Rules

ENTRY OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR THAT GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND WILL VOID YOUR ENTRY.


This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is hosted by H2Tab LLC. and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

 

1. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 and ends on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 2:59 AM ET (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.


2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law.

The friend tagged as part of an entrant’s Instagram entry must also meet these eligibility requirements in order to receive a companion prize if the entrant is selected as a winner.

  

3. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, participants may receive up to two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes.

Instagram Entry — One (1) Entry

To receive one (1) entry, participants must complete all of the following actions on the designated Instagram giveaway post:

  • Follow @DrinkH2Tab on Instagram.
  • Like the giveaway post.
  • Tag one (1) eligible friend with whom you’d share H2Tab Pineapple.

Limit one (1) Instagram entry per person. Multiple comments or friend tags will not result in additional entries.

Pineapple Early Access Entry — One (1) Additional Entry

Participants may receive one (1) additional entry by signing up for the H2Tab Pineapple Early Access list through the designated signup link.

Limit one (1) additional Early Access entry per person.

A maximum of two (2) entries per person is permitted during the Sweepstakes.

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

 

4. Prize Details

Five (5) winners will be randomly selected. Each winner will receive a prize package for themselves and one (1) eligible friend tagged in the winner’s qualifying Instagram entry, for a total of ten (10) individual prize recipients.

Each individual prize recipient will receive:

  • Twelve (12) packages of H2Tab Drinking Tablets; and
  • Exclusive H2Tab merchandise selected by Sponsor.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the H2Tab Drinking Tablets awarded to each individual prize recipient is $359.40.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Shipping is included.

If a winner’s tagged friend is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may, in its discretion, permit the winner to designate an alternate eligible friend.

 

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or after August 26, 2026.

Potential winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram. Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to confirm eligibility and provide the information necessary for prize fulfillment.

If a potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the winner and companion prizes will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

  

6. Privacy & Data

By entering, you agree to allow H2Tab LLC. to use your contact information solely for prize fulfillment and promotional purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information.

 

7. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners grant H2Tab LLC. the right to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without further compensation.

  

8. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless H2Tab LLC., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WHICH PROVIDES AS FOLLOWS: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”

You expressly waive and release any right or benefit which you have or may have under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California, to the full extent that you may waive all such rights and benefits pertaining to the matters released here. In connection with such waiver and relinquishment, you acknowledge that you are aware that you may hereafter discover claims presently unknown or unsuspected, or facts in addition to or different from those which you now know or believe to be true, with respect to the matters released herein; nevertheless, it is your intention through this release to fully and finally and forever settle and release all such matters and claims relative thereto, which do not exist, may exist or heretofore have existed between yourself and the Sponsor related to the Sweepstakes. The release herein given shall be and remain in effect as a full and complete release of such claims and matters notwithstanding the discovery or existence of any such additional or different claims or facts relative thereto.

  

9. General Conditions

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if necessary.
  • Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws and may result in disqualification.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures that may affect entry or notification. Proof of submitting an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or otherwise interferes with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

  

10. Legal Compliance

This giveaway is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
This giveaway is void where prohibited.
