H2 Rewards is our loyalty program, designed to reward you every time you shop. Earn points on eligible purchases and activities to unlock more benefits as you level up your habits.
Create an H2Tab account to be automatically enrolled in H2 Rewards as a Member. Once you're signed in, you can start earning points on eligible purchases and activities.
Earn points for all purchases you make and unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with our features. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found here, so you can see exactly what you stand to earn.
Member status unlocks with any purchase. Silver, Gold, and Platinum status require an active subscription. Earn Silver status by becoming an active subscriber. Gold requires at least $100 in cumulative spend; Platinum requires at least $250 in cumulative spend.
Your status will not change as long as you remain a subscriber. Even if your points expire, you will keep your status as long as you have an active subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain your active points, and your status will revert to Member.
It's simple: you’ll earn points for every dollar spent on eligible purchases. The number of points you earn depends on your H2 Rewards status:

Eligible purchases of H2Tab Drink Tablets and Bath Tablets will count for points. Points earned at other retailers are redeemable only on drinkh2tab.com. You need to make sure you are logged into your account. Certain purchases or promotions may be excluded, but any exclusions will be clearly communicated.

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your H2 Rewards balance.
Your points are incredibly versatile. Use them to upgrade your status, enjoy discounts on purchases, or redeem free products from us. Once you’ve earned enough points for a free product, just redeem them to get a coupon code—then claim your item at checkout for no cost.
Yes, your points will expire 1 year after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
Levels let you complete specific tasks and earn points. Explore all the available Levels and start checking them off one by one to earn the maximum amount of points. Each Level clearly explains the requirements and the rewards you’ll receive once it’s unlocked.

Share your referral code or link with friends or family. Your friend gets $10 off their first order of $50+, and you earn $10 in points. Send the code or link by email or through our social media, and you'll receive points in your account when your referral makes a qualifying purchase.

Yes. Your friend or family must use your referral code to complete their first purchase of $50 or more before the referral will count and your reward will be issued.
Your friend’s $10 discount will be applied when they use their referral code at checkout. Once their qualifying purchase is complete, 200 points—equal to $10 in H2 Rewards credit—will be added to your account.
